When towing is necessary, a Covered QLINK Vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified service facility or to another location if requested by the Member (you) for up to 35 miles (for all purchase on or after March 1, 2009) at no expense to you.  This service should more than guarantee you getting out of any dangerous or unfavorable situation if you find you are on the side of the road with your QLINK. We recommend you use this service to get your unit to your Authorized QLINK Dealer so that any issues or concerns may be taken care of promptly. Towing services may be suggested in the event of a flat tire, un-chargeable battery, or other circumstances that cannot be addressed on the side of the road.  Any costs for towing service in excess of 35 miles (for all purchase on or after March 1, 2009) must be paid by the Member directly to the independent service provider at the time services are rendered.  Of course, in the case of an emergency, towing won’t always be the answer, and QLINK will have you covered in other situations as well!

 

QLINK Roadside Assistance is activated when you purchase the bike. However, the only way we can know the bike has been purchased is when your dealer registers the warranty for you. QLINK will then send your information to our Roadside partners, who will, in turn, contact you with an informational packet through the mail.  If you do not receive this packet containing your Roadside Card within three to four weeks of your purchase, you should contact your Authorized QLINK Dealer to verify that they have registered your purchase with QLINK Motor. If they have done so and you still have not received your card, please ask them to contact their QLINK Warranty Registration representative to verify your information.

FYI... If you bought your bike before 3/1/09, they only cover 5 miles!
